Himalayan Pink Salt Uses:

• *Sole (so-lay) is a way of making a nutritional supplement to aid in the absorption of magnesium, place 1 teaspoon of salt in a large glass jar, add the best quality water you can find (not tap water) till the glass is about 3/4 full, stir and wait 24 hours and continue adding a teaspoon of salt every 24 hours until the salt no longer dissolves. Take 1 teaspoon of Sole and add it to a glass of water, consume this blend before breakfast on an empty stomach.
• In a bath, add 1-2 cups of Himalayan Pink Salt to the water and soak for at least 15 minutes.
• As an exfoliant, just place some in your hand, dampen it and massage it into your skin.
