Moringa Oil (Moringa oleifera) is extracted from the cold-pressed seeds of the Malunggay tree. The oil is also called Behen or Ben Oil because the oil contains high amounts of behenic acid.
Other species of moringa can also produce Moringa Oil, but their oil cannot be called Ben Oil, as this oil is reserved only for Moringa oleifera oil.
