Ingredients:

Alcohol-Free Organic Rose Floral Hydrosol, Alcohol-Free Witch Hazel, Aqua

Directions:

Wet a soft cotton ball with the Rosewater Facial Toner and gently wipe off your face, use new cotton balls as necessary when soiled, you can also spray the toner over your face and leave it on overnight.
