Directions:

After cleansing, before bed, apply a small amount of the face mask to your face & neck (Be extra careful if you have a lighter skin tone and light coloured bedding as it can stain), being sure to work it into your skin. 

Avoiding your eyes.

Leave the mask on overnight, cleanse and moisturise as usual in the morning.
